Work Hours or Shifts: Monday - Friday 10am EST - 7pm EST (part-time available)

Salary: $12/hr base rate PLUS UNCAPPED COMMISSION!

Weed Man lawn Care America's #1 lawn care franchise is immediately hiring for Remote Sales Specialist!! We are a part of a multi-franchised owned business with three locations in KY, TN, and OH.

We are looking for experienced telephone sales reps to join our growing team. Sales Reps that possess great customer service skills and who are confident they can sell lawn care. You will also receive customer service and agronomic training.

We are growing rapidly and are heavily investing in our inbound and outbound lead strategy that is producing incredible opportunities for our sales agents.

What's expected of me as a Remote Sales Associate?

• Perform lawn care sales calls

• Remote Representatives follow up and reach out to hot/warm leads generated by our Marketing/Door knocking crews.

• Sell enhancements to existing programs

• Provide great customer service

• Meet daily and weekly goals

• Strong personal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work Monday - Friday, 11 AM EST to 8 PM EST

• No cold calling
