You get paid commission when you sell solar, that's it.
We do offer on-the-job training for our particular programs, but general sales knowledge is preferred. Basic knowledge of solar is preferred. but will also be provided.
You are prospecting your leads and we will show you how to present solar virtually. Flexible hours. Full time effort will yield the most rewards for you!
No experience necessary, but you will be an independent contractor so you will need to learn as you go.
Step 1: You prospect, market, network, advertise, etc. to get clients interested in a no obligation solar quote.
Step 2: We show you how to incentivize our established dealer network to get the best price, equipment and warranties for your customer.
Step 3: We present the proposal with you for your first 5 installs to show you how to do it with our solar partners.
Step 4: After 5 installs, you are able to close 100% on your own, but support will ALWAYS be available to you.
NO COST TO START! We pay you to sell solar, plain and simple.
