Coca-Cola Beverage Northeast is seeking a hardworking, professional and customer-oriented Reset Specialist to join our team!

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Reset Specialist is responsible for performing product resets according to pre-established plan-o-grams, for increasing business by strategically growing space in outlet, and for supporting the sales team with execution of sales and marketing plans.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Coordinate and complete resets in assigned stores according to pre-established plan-o-grams

· Ensure brand, package and promotional goals are reflected in store sets

· Communicate with customers on changes to the store as a result of reset activity

· Sell-in incremental displays, equipment placements and promotional programs

· Support sales team with trade execution including placing racks and other incremental equipment, updating and maintaining proper POS elements and ensuring accounts meet Look of Success (LOS) standards

· Maintain clean and safe work area at all times

· Adhere to all policies and procedures relating to product age, quality, and safety

· Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor including but not limited to new business solicitation

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· High school diploma, GED or equivalent required

· 1-3 years of general work experience required

· Previous beverage industry and / or customer service experience preferred

· Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred

· Must have the ability to repetitively lift, push and pull 50+ pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach

· Must have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time

· Must have the ability to push and pull manual and powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance

· Must have the ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination

· Must have the ability to read information in small, medium and large print

· Must be self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and be able to perform job duties with minimal supervision on a timely basis

· Valid driver’s license, driving record within policy guidelines, and insurance that meets or exceeds company requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour
