Job Title: Resident Manager (RM)
Pay: $18 / hour

QUAD is looking for a Resident Manager (RM) who will facilitates the efficient operation of the QUAD Inc. housing community, communicates with the Community Manager(s) and QUAD Inc. Management to ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of the project, and encourages involvement in, and enjoyment of, the apartment community by the residents. The RM articulates the independent living philosophy depicted within QUAD Inc's., Lease, House Rules and the Services Agreement, and serves as a liaison between QUAD Inc. Management and the residents of the apartment complex. The Resident Manager is responsible for the facility's operations and staffing after business hours and on weekends. Our ideal candidate has previous experience in a supported living or home health environment and a passion for organizational excellence. Terms of Employment
1. The RM will receive the equivalent of an unfurnished, studio apartment at a reduced rent for the full time of their employment The RM agrees to pay for their electricity and to maintain telephone service with voicemail. They will receive a phone reimbursement.
2. The RM is required to schedule departure and return dates for all absences in advance with the Community Manager(s) and receive approval before leaving the building. This includes weekend and overnight stays.
3. The RM will work an average of 10 hours per week assisting in the after-hours operations of the building.
4. It is the RM’s responsibility to notify and seek guidance from the Community Manager(s) or QUAD Inc. Management if at any time he/she is uncertain of his/her responsibilities or is unable to fulfill those responsibilities.
5. QUAD Inc. Management must approve other job commitments that are in addition to the RM responsibilities, to assure employment obligations can be met.
6. The RM is allocated at least 1 free day per week where they are not required to work or cover on-call shifts.
