We are seeking a Compliance Risk Management Senior Associate to join the KYC Policy team, based in Newark, DE, to execute our product development lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities:

You will responsible for executing the technology software development lifecycle supporting our KYCore platform, including:

• Manage and coordinate technology sprints while p artnering with technology teams to lead daily scrum calls
• Prioritize stories per release in line with team strategy & objectives
• Facilitation and execution of user acceptance testing and release implementation
• Partner with end users to gather requirements while upholding the team's governance requirements for KYCore releases
• Prioritization of functional capabilities and enhancements while d ocumenting detailed business requirements
• Management of end user training and user guide documentation
• Coordination of development cycles (sprints) in partnership with enterprise technology

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 5+ years of relevant or other related experience
• Experience developing technical requirements and managing technology partners
• Experience writing detailed business requirements in JIRA
• Knowledge of Agile methodology
• Ability to self-identify system enhancements
• Possess strong written and oral executive-level communications skills
• Excellent analytical skills, experience with excel and data relationships

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• KYC knowledge or experience is a plus
• Ability to own end to end processes
• Strong understanding of risk and controls
• MBA or Bachelor's degree with professional certification preferred
