What does a Sr. Manager Risk Management and Asset Protection do at Swire Coca-Cola?
The Senior Manager, Risk Management and Asset Protection is responsible for leading the risk management and asset protection teams, achieving strategic objectives, ensuring effective hazard (typically insurable risks) risk management and asset protection for Swire Coca-Cola. This role owns the process of identifying, measuring, and managing insurable or hazard risks, developing reports and plans, and analyzing risk/insurance problems and defining and/or overseeing the implementation of risk and asset protection solutions that help optimize operations, and collateral management.

Responsibilities:
  • Influence leadership to ensure full execution, communication and compliance with Risk Management and Asset Protection policies and programs
  • Steward the enhancement, deployment and execution of the Swire Coca-Cola claims management and asset protection programs
  • Create and execute implementation plans for programs, policy, and training materials to ensure consistency in application and sustainability of these implementation activities
  • Management of key vendor relationships including quarterly business review; management of Service level agreements; claims reviews and support request for proposal process (RFP)
  • Provide direction to support the minimization of regulatory and potential loss exposure
  • Conduct compliance analysis and assessments of all loss control programs and policies, minimum annually, or as changes in regulations, or process, occur
  • Leverage business relationships and influence leadership and operations to support, communicate, and drive the execution and sustainability of current and future risk management and asset protection programs and action plans
  • Provide direction and guidance to direct reports and key stakeholders
  • Provide input to overall loss control strategies for Swire Coca-Cola USA; and build capability with key stakeholders
  • Engage with leadership to provide subject matter expertise and support to build loss control capability
  • Provide feedback regularly and ongoing to QSE leadership and team members to support overall loss control performance improvement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Preference will be given to those who hold a degree in risk management or a loss control related field and hold a professional designation such as an ARM
  • 5 years’ experience in a risk management or loss control leadership role
  • Development of loss control policies/ programs for a diverse operating environment
  • Proficiency in regulatory interpretation and compliance
  • Excellent written, oral, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Project Management Experience
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
