Bon Suisse Route Drivers/ Class C

Job Overview:

Bon Suisse is a Milk and Ice cream distribution company with several distribution depots throughout California and Arizona. We have been in business for over 34+ years delivering dairy and ice cream products to grocery stores, restaurants, stadiums, schools and everything in between.

We are now actively hiring Route Drivers at our Bon Suisse- FULLERTON branch. You will be part of a distribution team that enjoys what they do and understand the importance of their contribution. You are a very important process of the customer service experience that we strive so hard to give at Bon Suisse. Route Drivers drive a state of the art refrigerated delivery truck, work independently, and make deliveries to Bon Suisse customers on a set route. Total number of deliveries per day can vary from 8-20 stores. Some of the accounts may require additional merchandising and rotation of products. Start times vary from 4am-5am and most shifts are 8-10 hours Monday-Friday. Weekend work is optional if needed.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Loading and Unloading Truck in a safe and logistic order
• Driving a well Maintained bobtail truck (16’ to 26’)
• Configure routes when necessary to help improve service levels to costumers
• Making 12-20 deliveries a day
• Return all shipping documents to Transportation Manager on completion of deliveries
• Delivering Ice Cream and Ice Cream Cakes to grocery stores, restaurants, C-Stores, stadiums, schools, and ice cream parlors.
• Verify order to ensure correct products loaded
• Address and resolve costumer problems, as appropriate
• Daily Vehicle Report

Qualification Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 year of commercial driving experience driving a box truck or van
• Must have Clean driving record with no DUI or Reckless driving in the last 8 Years
• Must have a “Can Do” Attitude and have exceptional customer service skills.
• Must be able to pass a Background Check
• Must be able to pass a Drug Test

Compensation: Competitive Wage Paid Bi Weekly -$41,000-$55,000 annual depending on Experience.
