Job Description

We are seeking a Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for B2B selling and offering Digital Marketing and Website Development services to our clients.

We are an LA-based result-driven Digital Marketing Agency with a sole mission to help clients generate more qualified leads that will help grow their businesses.

In this role, You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers from the first contact until you close the deal. You will ensure proper after-sales service. If you are motivated and results-driven and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth. You will be working directly with the CEO.

This is a Part-Time, Salary Plus Commission job with potential to turn into Full-Time based on performance and results.

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential clients on LinkedIn and in person.
  • Make outbound cold calls to prospects.
  • Establish and grow relationships with customers
  • Log and track all prospecting activity in the CRM system
  • Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Close deals and meet individual sales goals
  • Attend Networking & Business Events representing the company

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field (Prefered)
  • Experience in sales in a marketing-related field (Prefered)
  • Confident and professional phone and email communication skills.
  • Strong marketing/sales orientation and focus with the ability to attract and serve new customers.
  • Fun and energetic personality with a professional attitude and a high level of integrity.
  • Have an aggressive marketing/sales presence/orientation.
  • Self-sufficient and self-motivated professional.
  • Available for 20-25 hrs/wk at the office in Torrance.
