What You’ll Do:

The sales lead coordinator is responsible for coordinating sales leads by ensuring they turn into appointments with our sales team.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:

• All sales calls go directly to the Sales Lead Coordinator

• Dispatches sales calls to the Account Managers

• Communicate with technicians to set leads - create an effective transition from technicians to sales reps

• Administrative support for the sales team

• Attend and participate in weekly sales meetings

• Track the results of sales calls and produce weekly reports for management

• Ensure sufficient staff levels to meeting ongoing customer demands and seasonal spikes

• Conduct follow-up calls with customers to ensure quality work

• Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional

What We’d Like You to Have:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Office products. Preferred 2+ years’ experience in customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
