Position: Part -Time Sales Associate
Sales position includes taking fun photos of dining guests at restaurants as they are creating memories with their friends, family or colleagues. They will have an opportunity to purchase a variety of photo packages from you.

No need for photography or sales experience. All equipment provided. We will teach you everything you need to know to excel at your job.

Job Description:
You must be comfortable working solo as well as in a team setting during. Team work is essential as it is directly related to the higher sales numbers and commission. Need to be ready to support and help your fellow team members and learn to communicate clearly.

When working in team setting, for efficiency and faster flow, you will perform either a photographer or a sales associate role, based on which you feel you excel at.

The Photographer role: greeting and interacting with people. You will help people pose for a photo, using excitement and encouragement to capture a fun photo each time.

Sales Associate role: you will be creating a one on one experience with the guests. Help them decide on the offered packages. Handle cash or credit card payments.

You will be taught both positions during your fully paid training. By the end of training, you will be comfortable handling either positions and feel confident working solo shifts if need be.

Work Schedule:

Our company operates on Freemont and within retail hours, open daily. Employees have an opportunity to have flexible schedules.

Monday: 11 am to 5 pm OR 5 pm to closing

Tuesday: 11 am to 5 pm OR 5 pm to closing

Wednesday : 11 am to 5 pm OR 5 pm to closing

Thursday: 11 am to 5 pm OR 5 pm to closing

Saturday: 11 am to 5 pm OR 5 pm to closing

Sunday: 11 am to 5 pm OR 5 pm to closing

Responsibilities:

  • Must be comfortable with handling cash
  • Knowledge of credit card machines not necessary; will train
  • Be proactive/strategic during rush hours
  • Speaking and being around people a lot
  • Open and/or Close shifts
  • Keep track of inventory
  • Being able to handle different customer personalities
  • The job may require the candidate to work during weekends and holidays as per the restaurant's schedule
  • The candidate may be expected to work in different locations as per the company's requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Education/Experience: No specific education is required. Selling experience is preferred, but not required
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management. Able to communicate on the telephone and in-person with proper etiquette.
  • Mathematical Skills: Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Able to use a calculator.
  • Reasoning Ability: Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Physical Demands: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and standing. Vision abilities include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Requires standing and walking for long periods of time, reaching, bending, stooping, twisting, kneeling, carrying a camera attached to a neck strap around the neck weighing approx. two (2) pounds. Occasionally lifting boxes of supplies up to 20 pounds, manual dexterity; hearing and speaking understandably, and ability to project voice over a crowd.

Employee Pay:

  • $11 per hour OR 20% from commissionable sale, whichever is greater
  • Sales volume bonuses

Requirements:

  • Must comply with company uniform guidelines at all times
  • Reliable transportation to get to and from work promptly
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays if needed
