Job Description

HIT+RUN is the world's leader live screenprinting and was started in Los Angeles in 2005. We provide a live screenprinting art service with our eight Crews across the US for the top Fortune 500 companies, private events and intimate gatherings across the world.

The Sales Coordinator’s primary function is to support all aspects for the sales team, with a particular emphasis on reactive sales and managing incoming business.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Manage an ongoing/real time list of all active inbound leads; ensure that all leads have been followed-up with in reasonable time until they move to a booked activation or dead lead.
  • Generate, log & send out invoices for booked activations; as well as additional invoices for added services, etc, as well as follow-up with clients regarding deposits before event happens and processing credit card payments.
  • Managing aging report; this includes regular reports to Sales Manager and owners, follow-up on invoices/collections, generating reports when needed.
  • Serve as liaison between Sales team and Project Manager. Primarily, this will involve confirming team availability, identifying scheduling conflicts, etc., and reporting those back to Sales Manager.
  • Make sure all sales materials (e.g., rate sheet, EPK, etc.), as well as blank product pricing is updated in real time, so that Sales Manager has quick and easy access. This also includes coordinating with Project Manager to research pricing on unusual/new items, as well as fill-out new vendor forms needed by clients.
  • Integrate the Sales information seamlessly into Project Management software (Basecamp).
  • Gather ongoing client information to build out long-term master client list.

SECONDARY DUTIES (to evolve over time, if needed)

  • Quote out small or local LA events.
  • Mine old client lists and communication to add to long-term master client list.
  • Identify and assist any potential PR/marketing opportunities that may lead to actual business.

DETAILS:

  • Sales Coordinator reports directly to the Sales Manager.
  • Sales Coordinator will work from home, but may be required to attend meetings with management team on a regular basis.
  • This is part-time independent contractor position starts at up to 20-hours per week (with potential to lead into full-time/salary/benefits). The pay will be $30/per hour, and paid out at the end of every two weeks. Sales Coordinator will need to provide detailed time sheets with a description of how time is spent.
