  • Lead the sales lifecycle process, taking ultimate responsibility for achieving the sales targets (orders booked, revenue fulfilled, and profit).
  • Directly manage all business development efforts with customers such as tower crane OEMs, tower crane rental companies and construction contractors.
  • Be involved in both driving new business and managing accounts, develop and design technical solutions with both existing and new customers.
  • Be familiar with the company’s capabilities and products, understand its advantages and communicate the advantage to customers or potential new customers .
  • Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs.Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts. Fully understand tower crane industry and customer requirement.
  • Follow the whole process of product qualification by our customers, including technical product qualification, prototype evaluation, batch order qualification, and order implementation.
  • Analysis of requirements in different segments, market regions, target groups and competitive landscapes in order to design development measures.

Skills

  • Bachelor's in engineering, Business or equivalent
  • Analytical thinking & communication skills are required.
  • Understanding of the tower crane/ construction lift industry operations or construction projects is a plus.
  • B2B lead generation experience
  • Customer-centric approach
  • 2-years Sales experience is a plus.
