Stuckey Automotive, the area’s largest automotive group, is urgently recruiting passionate and driven Sales Professionals to serve our loyal customer base and gain market share throughout Central PA. In the 2022 fiscal year, we aspire to increase our YoY sales growth by 15%.

Make Bank. New hires will make an industry-leading base pay of $42,000. With bonuses, top earning Sales Professionals can earn $90,000+

Balance Your Life. Stuckey Automotive Sales Professionals can enjoy select Saturdays off. Yep, you heard that right! Saturdays off in the car business! Plus, it’s your decision, work a 4- or 5-day work week.

Responsibilities:

· Serve as a singular point-of-contact and provide superior customer service

· Analyze customers’ needs to aid in the decision-making process

· Embrace training and processes implemented by the leadership team

· Utilize software efficiently to serve customers to the highest standard

· Manage time effectively to maximize productivity

· Meet our standards to help the team exceed company goals

Qualifications:

· No experience? No problem! You’ll participate in our 3-week paid training at our Stuckey Automotive Headquarters!

· Embody our ideal team player: Hungry, Humble, and Smart

· Practice excellent written / verbal communication skills

· Exhibit a clean, polished appearance becoming of our sales team

· Must submit to a background check and drug screen

· Must have a valid PA-issued driver’s license

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
