Hampton Roads Water Services is a water purification company supplying families with tremendous savings as well as other multiple benefits. Our sales reps test water for home owners, explain the test results, and offer solutions as needed.

We are looking for an individual to manage our sales team. The right candidate must be willing to join our company, learn our time tested programs, and be able to hire and train sales reps to implement our standard operating procedures.

This position is 4 tiered. Tier 1, you will join our organization, immediately complete our sales training course, then take your training into the field and successfully create thriving customers. Tier 2, within 4 weeks you will start performing some management duties to learn more about our business. Tier 3, within 8 week you will be responsible for starting to work with sales people and learn the additional responsibilities of the sales management position. Tier 4, within 12 weeks you will assume full management duties.

This opportunity is an important position and has a very lucrative income attached to it. Earning potential 1st year is $80,000 to $120,000, 2nd year is $100,000-$150,000.

Qualifications:

- Must have confidence in your abilities

- Must be driven to succeed and help others succeed

- Must be responsible and ethical

- Must be able to accept instructions

- Must be able to communicate ideas effectively

- Must have good sales presentation and closing skills

- Must have good training skills, at the office and in the field

- Must be able to understand LADSI (CRM)

- Must have ability to interview on the phone and in person

- Must have ability to hire and motivate others

- Must have valid driver's license

Prior sales, especially in-home sales experience, will be a tremendous asset; however, we will train the right candidate. The right candidate will have a sincere and eager willing-to-learn attitude.
