Job Description

Strategic Analysis is seeking a versatile, skilled Biomedical Program Scientist (SETA) to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H). It is of paramount importance to exceed our client expectations in delivering high-impact solutions to society's most challenging health problems.

In addition to working well in a team environment, as a successful Human Subjects candidate you will incorporate the following:

• Maintain a database of all HSR/ASR funded activities.
• Advise as to whether an effort may be considered HSR or ASR.
• Work with agents to ensure all agency instructions related to HSR/ASR are appropriately followed.
• Review and update training and policy documents.
• Interface with various internal and external Government Service, agency, and other organization’s staff members with regards to HSR/ASR.
• Develop and/or present HSR/ASR related briefings.
• Assist agents requesting to become an agency approved HSR contract agent.

Qualification Requirements:

Education

• BA or BS in a relevant field

Clearance

• HHS or NIH Public Trust

Experience

• 3 years of related experience supporting HSR/ASR-related activities.
• Acts as principal lead on analytical, consulting, or assessment processes in support of technical, business & administrative issues related to HSR/ASR activities.

Desired skills
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Ability and comfort in working with remote, geographically dispersed team
•Ability to work with limited direct supervision
•Experience with Advanced Research Project Agency (ARPA) model (i.e., DARPA, ARPA-E, IARPA, HSARPA), structure, and processes is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
