Syracuse Parking Services, LLC is searching for enthusiastic Parking Lot Attendants to join us for the St. Joseph’s Health Amphitheater 2023 summer concert season.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing an exceptional guest experience to event attendees parking in the facility
• Partnering with police and leadership to direct traffic entering and exiting the lot in a safe and organized manner
• Answering guest questions and providing directions and venue information

• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time in variable weather
• Excellent customer service skills
• Positive attitude and problem-solving capabilities
• Prior parking or event attendant experience preferred but not required
• Must be at least 14 years old with proper working papers
