Job Summary:
We are looking for friendly, personable and outgoing local candidates to greet and check in patients at our Premier Medical Cannabis dispensary opening in Sebring, Florida in March/April. The ideal candidate will be able to provide exceptional customer service to our patients, while maintaining the upmost professionalism.


Requirements:


  • High school or equivalent (Required)
  • Must be at least age 21.
  • Must successfully pass criminal background check.
  • One to two years demonstrated work experience in customer service and/or sales, in a fast paced, demanding retail environment.
  • Positive attitude in high volume sales settings.
  • Success working closely with many different personality types.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including ability to speak and work proactively with customers and staff.
  • Organized and flexible, with a team-player mindset.
  • Attention to detail.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome patients and customers and provide them with a positive first impression of the organization.
  • Have the ability to use multiple computer screens to check in new patients and verify their identity while following all HIPAA regulations.
  • Give patient appropriate paperwork upon arrival and follow all check in procedures.
  • Organization; ability to work in a fast pace environment, dealing with multiple tasks at once, able to prioritize responsibilities
  • Detail Oriented; Attention to detail when entering patient information, collecting data
  • Our fast-paced environment requires that you communicate clearly and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
  • Direct guests to the appropriate areas.
  • Ensure the waiting area is clean and inviting for guests at all times and check the restrooms throughout the day to replenish items as needed.
  • Manage the inventory, ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
  • Assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.
  • Assist with other tasks as needed and assigned by management.


Job Type: Full-time
