Job Description:

Security - Special Access Program (SAP) Security personnel interface with customers and the government on security requirements for proprietary programs as well as providing guidance and support to employees working on such activities, helping them stay abreast of changes and updates in requirements.

The Security Education & Training Awareness (SETA) Manager will support the SAP Security Leadership team to maintain and execute the SETA program. The SETA program includes adequately training and educating the program engineering and support staff on the security requirements necessary to protect critical National Security Information in accordance with NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07 series, and JSIG as well as professional development and training for security personnel.

Responsibilities to anticipate:

  • Development, oversight, and implementation of the SETA Program.

  • Conduct trainings, briefings, and develop education materials.

  • Conduct root cause analysis of security deficiencies and develop appropriate training resources.

  • Prepare, coordinate, review, and submit cost proposals to Program Management as required.

  • Coordinate with program personnel to understand the education and training needs of each department/function and develop appropriate resources.

  • Develop newsletters, articles, and infographics.

  • Assist with program inspection preparation.

  • Willing to travel on company business.

Qualifications you must have:

  • Typically requires a Bachelors degree. In absence of a degree, 12 years relevant experience in SAP Security.

  • Active Secret security clearance - possess a minimum of a current, final Secret clearance with an investigation not older than 6 years on the first day of employment.

  • Experience developing and executing a training and education curriculum.

  • Experience developing and executing a professional development program.

  • Experience delivering training materials virtually and in person.

Qualifications we value:

  • Degree major in Education, Security, Risk Management, Government Policy, or other related field of study.

  • At least 6 years of National Security experience supporting SAP and/or SCI programs.

  • Related training with DCSA, CDSE.
