Lockheed Martin RMS is seeking a Security Representative (Security Rep) to support the fast pace and innovative Moorestown Advanced Concepts (MAC) environment. This Security Rep is responsible for Special Programs to include:

  • Generate, review, and submit Program Access Requests (SAP & SCI)
  • Provide physical security for multiple Special Access Program Facilities.
  • Controlling access and badging to all accredited facilities, providing escort when required, and assisting in the planning and execution of program security operations related to Special Access Program Facilities.
  • Providing assistance and support for classified meetings and may provide Security briefings as necessary.
  • Writing security plans and procedures (both unclassified and classified) for local operations.
  • Support assured file transfers as a Data Transfer Agent.
  • Perform other security duties as necessary.
  • Will be hired to support primarily First Shift, but mission events may require any and all other shift scheduling to include weekend work potentially.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Applicant selected must possess a Top Secret security clearance (not interim) and meet eligibility requirements for access to special programs.
  • Experience as a qualified Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) or Alternate Contractor Program Security Officer (ACPSO).
- Solid working knowledge of the Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 Technical Specifications; US Department of Defense Special Access Program Security Manual (DoD Directive 5205.07); 32 CFR 117 - National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and other industrial security related manuals. General knowledge and familiarity with Risk Management Framework (RMF) and the Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG).
  • Skilled knowledge of DoD Special Access Required (SAR) regulations, to include international requirements, policies and procedures, specific program procedures and company policies and procedures.
  • Apply business-minded and risk-managed solutions to security issues and business challenges, and communicates observations and recommendations to leadership and enterprise business partners.
Desired Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with JADE, SIMS, DISS, and other program security compliance disciplines
  • Experience working in DoD Programs either as a Program Security Representative, Alternate Security Representative, Contractor Program Security Officer, Personnel Security, or Physical Security Specialist
  • Ability to work independently when required and able to work within a team environment
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to task manage priorities
  • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite applications
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
