Allied Universal Security Services has an opportunity for a Scheduling and Payroll Specialist in The Dalles!

PAID TIME OFF! DAILY or WEEKLY PAY! COMPANY PROVIDED UNIFORMS! INDUSTRY LEADING TRAINING!

The Scheduling and Payroll specialist will work closely with site leadership and officers to remedy payroll discrepencies and closely manage schedules across each shift

$26.71 / hour

Qualifications:

  • Must have security experience
  • Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner; must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
  • Must be able to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting;
  • Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions
  • Extensive computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
  • Knowledge of Win Team scheduling and payroll experience a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, and/or Google Suite preferred
  • Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
  • Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
  • Able to:
    • Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat
    • Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
    • Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift
    • Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Must have, or have the ability to get, the covid 19 vaccine and show proof of vaccination for this site
  • Must be comfortable using technology
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
    • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only
