A Brief Overview
The position is responsible for compiling and computing data according to statistical formulas for use in statistical studies, completes actuarial computations and compiles charts and graphs for use by actuaries.

What you will do

  • Prepares and analyzes complex data for use in actuarial experience studies, valuation, or pricing projects
  • Provides significant support for development of pricing and underwriting tools by computing and analyzing data and using statistical formulas
  • Supports maintenance of valuation system and develop experience analysis reviews
  • Supports preparation of financial reports and tax returns
  • Provides support for underwriting case specific questions
  • Partners with product, underwriting, compliance, risk management, investments, and other areas on specific initiatives; communicates project status within functional area
  • Supports preparation of state filing packages

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Preferred

Experience Qualifications

  • Typically 2+ years

Skills and Abilities

  • Solid problem-solving ability and some experience with project management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, at least one programming language, and mainframe systems or database
  • Excellent communication skills

Licenses and Certifications

  • preferred

The salary range for this role is $63,600 to $104,880. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience.

A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
