Primary Responsibilities

  • Analyze data to identify barriers and opportunities
  • Develop and implement intervention strategies and performance improvement projects to improve outcomes
  • Prepare reports and presentations to support Quality Improvement Performance and initiatives to clinical and non-clinical audiences (this includes external stakeholders)
  • Critical to the Quality Assurance (QA) process for data and content accuracy for the monthly, quarterly and annual submissions of customer required reports
  • Work cooperatively across departments to facilitate change efforts
  • Formulate identified issues into measurable targets/goals and actionable plans
  • Positively foster teamwork within dedicated team and with external customer
  • Conduct audits of compliance of procedures and documentation internally and with delegated entities
  • Investigate member and provider complaints and ensuring the complaints are in compliance
  • Support Behavioral Health NCQA accreditation, government programs contractual compliance and other regulatory requirements
  • Oversee compliance and monitor performance of government care coordinator program
  • Perform ad hoc assignments to support quality and compliance departments

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in in Psychology, Social Work, or other related degree
  • 3+ years of Behavioral health, Clinical, or Quality health care experience
  • 2+ years of experience working with data projects and presenting data to internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience developing and implementing performance improvement projects or using data to develop intervention strategies to improve outcomes
  • High level expertise in computer proficiency with MS Office and solid ability to navigate in multiple computer applications and systems
  • Competent and experienced in Microsoft Excel utilizing pivot tables, run charts, and other graphical analysis tools
  • Access to install secure, high-speed internet and a dedicated, distraction-free workspace at home

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active, unrestricted independent Behavioral Health Clinical Licensure or Registered Nurse
  • Behavioral Health Managed Care experience
  • Experience and knowledge of NCQA guidelines and HEDIS measures
  • Experience with process improvements
  • Background in data analysis and reporting
  • Reside in or near Eden Prairie, MN with the ability to attend onsite meetings based on business needs
