Title: Senior ERP Analysis Manager (Dynamics F&O)
Location: Nashville, TN
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior ERP Analysis Manager with extensive experience in Dynamics F&O to oversee the analysis and optimization of our ERP system for our Insurance/Tech Company. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data and processes to identify areas of improvement and provide solutions that enhance the efficiency of our ERP system.
As the Senior ERP Analysis Manager, you will work closely with other departments to identify areas where ERP can improve business processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our ERP system is aligned with our company's overall strategic goals and objectives.
Essential duties & responsibilities:
- Analyze data and processes within our Dynamics F&O ERP system to identify areas of improvement and provide solutions to enhance its efficiency.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify areas where ERP can improve business processes and provide solutions to address them.
- Develop and manage ERP policies, procedures, and controls to ensure data accuracy, security, and privacy.
- Monitor and analyze ERP system performance, identifying and addressing issues as necessary.
- Develop and implement training programs for end-users to optimize the utilization of the ERP system.
- Provide guidance and leadership to the ERP analysis team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Work with external vendors to ensure that the ERP system is kept up to date with the latest technological advances and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to ERP systems.
Here’s what you’ll bring to the team:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in ERP analysis, with a focus on Dynamics F&O.
- Experience in the Insurance and Technology industries preferred.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Dynamics F&O, SQL, Power Platform, and related software.
- Experience in project management, including planning, executing, and monitoring complex projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to ERP systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
