SERVICE CREWMEMBER JOB DESCRIPTION

Dining Room Server

Hiring Unrivaled Dining Room Servers who can function as an ambassador for our beautiful waterfront location in downtown Seattle.

As the primary point of contact for guest interactions in the dining room, the server is responsible for selling and serving food and beverages using their knowledge, hospitality and service skills.

Must Have:

• 2 years in a fine dining restaurant of comparable quality of service (for lunch, 1 – 1.5 years)
• Knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcohol drinks.
• The ability to open bottled wine with ease and meeting industry standards.
• Open availability on weekends.
• Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance required.
• The ability to carry full cocktail and large oval trays safely & consistently.
• Ability to sustain high energy activities for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Can “work on their feet” for extended periods of time.
• Be able to take ownership of your work and willing to be held accountable for your actions.
• Must have stage presence at all times.

Preferred:

• Minimum 3 years in a fine dining restaurant of comparable quality of service and volume.

Pay: Average $35-50/hour with commissions and tips ($7/hour base rate + 12% commission on individual gross sales before discounts or promotions applied).
