Hotel Angeleno is looking for a experienced servers to join our newly renovated West Restaurant!

To be successful in this role, you must be passionate about hospitality, food, and delivering a great dining experience.

· Punctuality is required.

· This is a customer-facing role that requires the ability to multitask without getting flustered.

· You must have a can-do mindset with the ability to respond and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

· This position requires the ability to easily converse with guests while managing time and priorities efficiently.

· You will be responsible for exceeding customer expectations by providing them with friendly, prompt, and attentive service that is tailored to each guest.

· Thorough knowledge of our food and drink menus and the ability to recommend, and upsell options is required in this position.

· You must have detailed knowledge of drink menu and alcohol selections.

· In this role, you will respond to guest requests and inform management of any complaints.

· Greet & seat guests when needed.
· This is a cash handling position; ability to accurately do basic, fast math is required.

· Able to handle some manual labor and on occasion lift up to 50 lbs.

· This position requires standing or walking the entire shift.

· Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

· Some cross training may be necessary.

· Other duties as assigned by management.

Food Handler's and RBS Certification required prior to start.
