Monkey Rock in El Paso, TX is looking for one server/waitstaff to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged.

Responsibilities

*Maintain a high level of hospitality and professionalism with guest and team members *Develop and retain complete knowledge of all foods, beverages, and dietary restrictions *Preparing tables , ensuring they are clean, sanitized and fully set *Maintain knowledge of the complete menu , daily specials and available items *Ensure the quality of orders in and out of the kitchen are accurate, on time, and of standard expectations *Attending tables and ensure customer satisfaction *Delivering checks and taking payment *Handling customer complaints professionally and in a timely manner

Qualifications

*Must have 1 year experience (preferred) *Experience operating a POS system *Valid ServSafe/TABC Certification *Ability to maintain a positive attitude
