Ululani’s Hawaiian Shave Ice is immediately hiring for a Shavista (aka Barista for shave ice) and cashier at our second location on Front street. 626 Front St., Lahaina, HI 96761 (currently closed - Hiring to staff and open our newest location).

At Ululani’s our “Shavista” sculpt and form the perfect shave ice and deliver the ultimate customer service experience. No experience necessary (making shave ice), we offer hands-on, paid training.

Our dedication to having the best product available is only part of our success. We also need to find the right team members. Do you excel at customer service? Can you provide a positive lasting memory for each customer and make them want to return? Interact with locals and tourists, gaining a competitive edge in tourism, customer service, and other opportunities to grow!

• or any other skills you would like to share with us?! Don’t be shy we are hiring for several positions in leadership and managerial roles. We own and operate 7 different locations on the island of Maui. There is potential to work at other locations.

BASE PAY’s starting range is $12 to $15 per hour depending on relevant experience. IN ADDITION to base pay – Charge Tips range from $6 to $15 and then ADD cash tips to that! (Employees state this can range from $3 to $6 more per hour) – SO total wages potential is GREATER than $18 to – $28/hour!
