Job Description:

• Lead the crew by example, helping mix, bake, ball, and dress cookies in a fast-paced environment
• Help open/close the bakery
• Maintain a clean and professional environment
• Train, coach, and lead the crew
• Delegate tasks and hold crew members accountable
• Provide fast and friendly service
• Manage staff efficiently to control labor costs
• Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed
• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager by completing assigned tasks accurately and efficiently

Details:

This position is flexible with full-time or part-time options.

Early morning, afternoon, and evening shifts available.

Management experience is preferred, but not required.

Baking experience is a bonus, but not required.
