Assistant Manager/ Manager in Training MEMBER PATH:

• Learn how to make a GREAT DOMINO'S PIZZA FAST (in under 45 seconds). Our crew members learn from the first day to make a pizza and if you decide to be a shift / assistant managers- we start at this training level.
• We will train you to be part of our crew in "Conquering the "rush" " by also learning how to tend the pizza oven, assist in dispatching customer's orders fast, and working our state of the art point of sale system in processing customer's orders. Our shift / assistant managers are trained to handle the rush with confidence.
• Work as a part of the to prepare for the next lunch, dinner, late night shift. This will build your experience to have the option to be promoted to an Assistant / Shift manager if you do not have management experience.
• Be part of us hitting our goal to deliver a customer's order in less than 20 minutes and our carry out customers less than 10 minutes. It is a mission every order and in a fun environment.

We prepare new managers to successfully manage your own shift as a shift leader in addition to opportunities to be promoted to Assistant Manager and General Manager. OPPORTUNITIES To....

First time Manager or Experienced? Domino's will train you how to be an exceptional manager of people in one of our top performing Domino's stores! Opportunities to manage a shift or two, or full time; also work you way up to be an Assistant General Manager or a General Manager of your own Domino's store.

The Domino's Manager In Training Program is based on each candidate's experience and flexibility to learn each position of a Domino's store. Time frame can be between 30 days and 90 days (possibly longer if you do not have experience). Pay will depend on each phase of training- raises awarded as each stage of training is completed. Position can lead to a General Manager position - starting total compensation (salary and bonus)

We train our Managers to be the Leader of your store (and shift). Assistant Manager Job responsibilities include:

Food preparation, training of team members, customer service, marketing, cleaning, administration, production of products, packaging products, routing deliveries.

As a Manager, you have Opportunities to own your own Domino's franchise after being a successful General Manager for at least 1 year. Must have a clean criminal background check, safe driving record, and we do random drug testing. Flexible hours and we pay a premium for managers who can work late evenings/nights.
