The Warehouse Associate will primarily be responsible for shipping and handling of product and customer orders, and will work closely with the fulfillment and customer service team. They may be called on to assist in other areas as needed.
Responsibilities:
· Pick product to prepare for shipment
· Receive, ship, stock and maintain all warehouse inventory
· Operate pallet jacks and other mechanical tools and equipment
· May be required to communicate with customers and potential customers
· Assist with daily operations in the warehouse environment
· Assist with product logistics when necessary
· Assist with product quality control procedures when necessary
Requirements:
· Excellent written and verbal skills
· Strong work ethic
· Must have a positive attitude and willing to solve customer concerns
· Ability to multi-task
· Must be trustworthy and organized
