Snow Sidewalk & Landscape Field Manager
A Snow Sidewalk & Landscape Field Manager is an experienced professional, can self-direct activities and lead the crews they oversee to perform and achieve exceptional results. Take pride in their work, continue to always educate the staff and expand this culture throughout the company. Primary communication will be between the operations manager, account mangers and office staff. A detail orientated person that can accomplish their weekly schedule and goals is a must.
Job Responsibilities include
-Will oversee specific regionalized accounts
-Monitor accounts and be present at a location at all times during your shift.
-Keep crews focused on normal responsibilities, inventory equipment checks, continued education and training in proper technics.
-Follow up and see service requests to fruition and communicate status to Account Managers
-Be effective and useful, show value to the position, get results and expect a great product.
-Complete reports and condition analysis. Take photos and create detailed maps.
-Complete small items yourself and educate crews on what was missed.
Education, training, experience:
Minimum 5 years in role of a Landscape & Snow Professional
Bilingual in English and Spanish a must
Managed personnel in the past
Strong horticultural, plant and overall landscape knowledge
Estimating
Ability to use and understand smart phone, apps & computer technology
Customer relations and strong service skills
Neat and clean appearance
Ability to work independently
Available to work weekends and long days when needed to properly finish your responsibilities
Company uniform will be provided
Company vehicle provided to use during your operating shift
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 /hour *Snow wage will be higher than normal hourly
