About Campbell:
One of San Francisco Bay Area’s most respected specialty and emergency veterinary care facility, setting the highest standard of compassionate, and collaborative veterinary care that improves the lives of pets and their people. Sage Campbell specializes in many areas of veterinary medicine using the most current knowledge and treatments available to ensure the highest standards of care for our patients. Our hospital is fitted with state of the art physical rehabilitation areas, with underwater treadmills available for hydro therapy. We have partnered with PetCure Oncology to offer radiation therapy with one of the most advanced linear accelerators available in veterinary medicine, the Halcyon Treatment System, to deliver these treatments to cancer patients. SAGE has also partnered with AnimalScan to bring a high grade Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) machine to our Campbell hospital.

Basic Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma
  • 1+ years of clinical experience in the veterinary industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interface with staff and clients using tact, patience, professional courtesy, and exhibit confidentiality and discretion where appropriate
  • Consistent and reliable ability to perform mathematical calculations for drug doses, CRIs, client invoices and estimates, and other position-related calculations
  • Maintain the California Veterinary Assistant Controlled Substance Permit (VACSP); must obtain within 60-days of hire or transfer into this role; (this requirement is waived if incumbent holds a valid CA-RVT license)

$3000 Sign on bonus for qualified candidates!
Pay range $22-40 an hour
The rates above are our pay range for this role for all types of services we provide and all areas in which we do business in in California. It is important to note that while all sites will be able to offer rates within this range, not all sites will be able to offer the exact same rates.
