Achievement is a dynamic and growing therapist-owned company seeking a School-Based Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist assistant to join our team!

We specialize in pediatrics and school-based therapy and have positions available in multiple settings in Citrus County, including our outpatient facility, local public and private schools, and pediatric extended care locations.

We have a collaborative, multi-disciplinary approach to pediatrics. We are seeking a motivated, caring and compassionate school-based Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant candidate who will support, inspire and assist our clients in reaching their fullest potential.

  • Team-based environment aimed at helping you develop your skills through collaboration and mentorship with our highly skilled and experienced OTs, PTs, SLPs and Behavioral Health team.

Job Requirements:

  • Florida SLPA License
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Pediatric or school-based experience not required but preferred.
