Senior Accountant - Revenue Cycle at Zywave

Brief Description

Are you a seasoned Accountant looking for a challenging role within a growing organization? Zywave is looking for a strong Senior Accountant to manage the day-to-day processing of invoice and revenue transactions to resolved inquiries related to non-standard contract invoices. In this role, you will ensure revenue is recorded in accordance with applicable US GAAP (ASC 606).

What You Will Do

• Develop process and supporting systems to capture and manage non-standard and complex customer contract, invoicing, and revenue recognition transactions
• Identify and lead revenue and bill/pay optimization projects including M&A integrations
• Develop and oversee audit process to validate variable usage/consumption and tier pricing arrangement inputs
• Assist with preparation of year-end audit and reporting information
• Other ad hoc revenue accounting projects

Factors for Success

• 3+ years of professional experience in CPA audit practice or SaaS revenue management
• Bachelors degree in accounting
• Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce Billing, Intacct, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office
• A positive attitude and strong organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and lead others with assigned projects

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
