As the Scheduler at Bentwood Nursing & Rehab, you will have the satisfaction of ensuring excellent resident care by coordinating reliable and adequate nursing department schedules based on staffing guidelines. This position is PERFECT for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has strong attention to detail.

The Scheduler prepares the daily and master schedule for the nursing department. The Scheduler will also track absenteeism/tardiness and provide reports to the Director of Nursing weekly. As the Scheduler you will also inform Director of Nursing and Human Resources of vacancies, transfers, etc. and meet with new hires to review staffing guidelines.

• Previous Staffing or Scheduling experience within a nursing home environment highly preferred
