SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
The Fine Dining Server is responsible for providing efficient, quality service to all guests, and handling complaints in the Manager’s absence.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel.
Extensive Food and Wine knowledge.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Must be able to stand and walk for majority of shift and lift up to 40 pounds.
Able to handle a fast paced environment.
Must present an overall professional appearance and demeanor.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
Must be fully vaccinated.
