Position: Sourcing Specialist MRO and Capital

Job Description:
- Work alongside MRO Specialist, other sourcing personnel, and manufacturing, facilities management, quality, and engineering personnel to source, negotiate and procure maintenance, repair, and operation supplies (MRO), and other goods and services as needed.
- Experience with the procurement of capital equipment is a big plus. Analyze, cleanse, and enhance MRO data, identify potential sources of supply, manage sourcing events, manage vendor onboarding and administration.
- Review and negotiate purchase agreements and contracts, with Contracts Team and Law Department support.
- Work with the suppliers to ensure appropriate service levels on a continuing basis. Participate in periodic supplier reviews, focusing on adherence to contract terms and assessment of service levels.
- Resolve conflicts related to supplier service deficiencies.

- Impeccable integrity.
- Experience and knowledge of basic supply chain management.
- Solid personal presence with the ability to interact with confidence and credibly at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to maintain supplier relationships.
- Ability to resolve conflicts, misunderstandings and problems with suppliers in a manner that produces fair and timely resolution of issues.
- Strong analytical skill (advanced Excel).
- Problem solving and the ability to exercise good business judgment in a fast-paced working environment.
- Communicate persuasively and effectively to a wide range of internal and external customers.
- Flexible and willing to adjust to a changing workload to ensure timely results.
- Excellent computer skills including Excel, SAP, Microsoft Office, and a thorough understanding of internet browser applications and internet search skills.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years progressive experience in sourcing.
