What You’ll Do:

You will provide clerical support to our vehicle maintenance, auto body damage and/or fleet services departments, including inventory, processing purchase or repair orders, invoices, accounts payable and receivables, and depending on location, ordering automotive parts, tools and other supplies and answer phones/communicate with internal and external parties.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Effective verbal and written communication skills,
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, Word)
• Willingness to work outside on occasion or near a mechanical shop with moderate noise
• Flexibility to work all shifts

6 months office clerical or knowledge of auto parts and tools a bonus!
