Purpose of Job: Provides administrative support to the SVP of Operations and Supply Chain. Acts as the administrative point of contact to internal and external clients.

Job Duties:

  • Provides administrative support to the SVP of Operations and Supply Chain
  • Manages calendar of the SVP of Operations and Supply Chain that includes setting up meetings or appointments and providing reminders
  • Processes incoming correspondence and prepares responses
  • Coordinates travel arrangements and prepares itineraries for SVP of Operations and Supply chain including his business guests to PBV
  • Produces PowerPoint presentations, writes reports or briefs in Microsoft Word, and creates spreadsheets in Excel
  • Prepares and submits Travel & Expense reports for the SVP of Operations and Supply Chain
  • Assists and serves as backup the Executive Administrative Assistant of CEO
  • Other duties as assigned.


Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of executive level experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
  • Meeting Planning experience.
  • Excellent written/verbal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have good interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials.
  • Must have exceptional organizational skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to proactively address and resolve issues.
