Bing Ads Advocates are not typical call centre representatives handling break fix scenarios. Advertiser Advocates in Services are Sales and Marketing Consultants driving new and existing business through multiple customer engagements. They are a trusted advisor for the Advertiser and hold an array of sales, marketing, consultative, and analytical skillsets. For example, if performance related, the Advocate needs to understand the Advertiser business model, strategy and goals and can utilize a multitude of features and recommendations to enable the Advertiser to succeed. This cannot be scripted, or process driven and is largely reliant on the approach and knowledge of the Advocate. There is a large proactive sales element to their role and Advocate needs to be able to influence the Advertiser directly.

Services Advocates provide white-glove consultative services to our high-valued customers. Services Advocates are experts at developing and growing customer relationships by pitching and selling opportunities to small-business advertisers and agencies, while demonstrating excellent customer service.

1. Sales experience | 1-3 years

2. MS Office products – outlook |1-3 years

3. Online advertising experience | 1-3 years

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $41.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Puget Sound, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
• MS Office products – outlook: 4 years (Preferred)
• Online advertising: 5 years (Preferred)
