Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist (In Office Position)
Reports To: Talent Acquisition Manager

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position"s requirements
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Required Skills/Abilities:
- A roll up your sleeves & do what it takes to get it done attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor"s degree (Required)
- Customer service, leadership, or sales-focused experience
- Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment
- Desire to work in a performance-based environment
- A minimum of one year of sales or customer service experience (Preferred)
