Position: Team Lead
Responsibilities:
  • Meet personal and kiosk KPIs and sales goals.
  • A flexible schedule is preferred including nights and weekends.
  • Maintain a keen interest in the fashion industry and market trends.
  • Continually develop personal sales techniques and assist the team in sales techniques to maximize sales.
  • Ensure all related policies and procedures are maintained.
  • Continuously motivate the sales team to achieve productivity goals.
  • Demonstrate fluency in product knowledge and be able to apply it to the selling process.
  • Support and encourage staff to provide the highest level of customer service.
  • Resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively.
  • Empower self and team to make decisions in the customer's best interest that also support the company philosophy.
  • Ensure the kiosk is maintained in safety, presentation, and organization in collaboration with the store manager.
  • Ensure the kiosk is neat, clean, organized, and always reflects the correct visual image.
  • Ensure cash control procedures are properly followed including bank deposits etc.
  • Assist in all areas of stock, and shipping, and participate in inventories as required.
  • Ensure staff is properly trained in all sales and operations.
  • Participate in all relevant training and development seminars, programs, and meetings as directed by store management and HQ.

Competitive Hourly Wage based on experience plus generous sales commissions and spiffs.
