What You Will Be Doing:
You will work with several small agile project teams alongside designers, developers, architects, project managers, and account managers responsible for building and maintaining websites, webstores, intranets, and web applications for a handful of clients. We are a Microsoft .NET shop with a heavy focus on C#, JavaScript, Vue, and custom development built alongside content management systems (CMS), including Kentico, Sitefinity, Sitecore, Umbraco, and Kontent.

As Web Development Lead, you will assist our Solution Leads and Development Directors in mentoring Senior Web Developers with projects and translating client business requirements into technical requirements. This allows you to stay in the code while growing your experience mentoring other technologists and building solutions.

If you have experience as a Technical Lead, Development Manager, Web Developer, Full-Stack Developer, Backend Developer, Software Engineer, Web Application Engineer, Programmer Analyst, or Web Programmer - this role may be the perfect role for you.

What We Love Finding:

  • 10+ years of experience developing web applications in .NET, C#, and JavaScript utilizing modern software design patterns, debugging, and refactoring.
  • Experience using modern semantic accessible HTML and writing clean, scalable CSS using modern features such as Flex/Grid.
  • Experience developing in ES6+ Vanilla JavaScript and working in modern JavaScript frameworks (such as Vue, React, or Angular)
  • Experience resolving cross-browser compatibility issues.
  • Familiarity with search engine optimization best practices
  • Experience with MS SQL.
  • Experience with Visual Studio Tooling.
  • Experience with code versioning tools, such as Git.
  • Experience with continuous integration and automated build products like Team City and Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Strong testing and quality assurance ethic.
  • Experience developing with traditional and headless content management systems (CMS), like Kentico, Sitefinity, Umbraco, or Sitecore is a plus.
  • Experience working in an agency environment with multiple clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface directly with clients.
  • Ability to thrive in an independent environment.
  • Self-starter, who demonstrates personal initiative.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive work attitude and willingness to help others.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
