PART-TIME FLEXIBILITY - $200K ANNUALIZED RATE OF PAY

A successful and diverse local developer is looking for a knowledgeable and precise professional to manage all treasury functions for their Private Family Office. For the right candidate, this is an incredible opportunity to work part-time, while executing challenging and strategic financial objectives. This position will work closely with ownership and the developer’s CFO, to manage investment operation functions for multiple entities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Execute all related treasury functions, including but not limited to the functions below:
  • Manage all investment processes, including strategy with stocks, bonds, CDs, etc. to maximize return.
  • Oversight of the outsourced fund operations services, to include third-party providers.
  • Create, organize, and track bond ladder strategies – serve as the coordinator for all bond purchases.
  • Remain well versed on terminology, market, and investment strategy – participating in portfolio management for the entire life cycle.
  • Coordinate and manage wires when necessary.
  • Lead portfolio valuation analyses and evaluate portfolio performance.
  • Track all portfolio company statements and organize in a manner that is satisfactory to ownership understanding.
  • Establish systems for regular and thorough tracking of corporate monies.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant money management, investment, or financial advising experience. (Preferred experience with companies such as Morgan Stanley, Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Wells Fargo, etc.)
  • Advanced degree in related field.
  • Thorough knowledge of financial legislation, regulation, and practices.
  • Excellent at managing deadlines and communicating clearly.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solver who can also execute on the details.
  • Have patience and the ability to adapt to different ways of thinking.

Compensation:

  • $200,000.00 annualized equivalent compensation for a part time role
  • Part-time work flexibility, with some required hours spent in office on an established, consistent schedule.
