You’re a UX designer who loves to learn, solve challenges, and dream up breakthrough ideas. You’re a tireless advocate for the customer—enthusiastic about building and iterating on designs to discover what works best and applying your knowledge to create incredible products.

You will collaborate with others to understand business goals and user needs and translate those into intuitive designs. You will actively participate in sessions with users, clients, and internal teams throughout the product design lifecycle to create compelling designs and intuitive experiences. You'll be part of our team of user researchers, UX designers and software developers to help define user stories, interpret requirements, solve design challenges, and champion design decisions.

We are looking for a mid to senior level candidate that is a brilliant problem solver, user advocate, and excellent communicator with a passion for intuitive, easy-to-use interfaces and the ability to achieve it. We are looking for that rare blend of interaction design, problem solving, visual design, and the ability to understand complex domains.

What You’ll Do

  • Advocate and represent the customer in product and platform development
  • Design elegant solutions to complex workflows
  • Create, evaluate and modify documentation and prototypes to support evolving software application development
  • Create wire frames, user flows, prototypes, process flows, mock-ups, and/or design specifications to effectively communicate user interaction and design concept
  • Partner and work alongside software developers to ensure quality implementation
  • Validate new solutions with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Continuously iterate on the product experience based on user feedback
  • Be able to conduct concept and usability testing leveraging user testing best practices.
  • Demonstrate a passion to learn independently and share UX knowledge and expertise with others

  • 7+ years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX design
  • Understanding of and experience with the full UX design process including information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple and concurrent priorities
  • Team collaborator who delivers highly usable and compelling customer experiences through UCD
  • Demonstrate an understanding of visual design principles
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Thorough, practical understanding of product design and design systems
