About our Services: We provide primary, preventative, dental, and surgical care for dogs and cats with the use of digital radiography, therapeutic laser, and ultrasonography. Our practice prides itself on our unique medical care and continuous client growth due solely to our word-of-mouth client satisfaction. In fact, we are outgrowing our current facility and will be starting construction soon to offer a quality upgrade for our patients, clients, and staff members.

Job Responsibilities/Requirements: Veterinary receptionists duties include: answering the phones, conducting client communication, patient appointment scheduling, handling emails and faxes, entering data into practice software, handling payments and HR work, maintaining cleanliness of waiting room, understanding/communicating medical terminology (procedures, products, protocols), preparing medical forms, and various other situations and duties where you will interact with pets and clients. Other responsibilities include ability to spell/write legibly, willingness to learn, professional appearance (appropriate apparel worn while working), willingness to work night and weekend shifts, showing up on time to each shift, ability to calmly handle stressful situations, and conducting work both independently and harmoniously in a group.
