Job Summary

Charles River's marketing department is looking for a Video/Motion Graphics Specialist responsible for producing compelling and innovative media content. This position will support the strategic digital media initiatives for Charels River businesses and marketing operations.

Job Qualifications

• 2+ years video and media production experience preferably in an agency or in-house environment.
• Advanced level knowledge in Adobe CC.
• Demonstrable motion graphic design/editing skills with a strong portfolio
• Have an excellent eye for composition, timing, typography, color grading, and storytelling. Must show impeccable attention to detail and maintain output quality.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to communicate clearly and quickly to a wide audience of stakeholders and situations.
• Must be able to problem-solve and think of creative solutions for customer pain points to better suit the customer's needs.
• Strong people skills with an ability to give direction and work as part of a team.
• Ability to successfully multitask and prioritize among running projects.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field.

Compensation Data

The pay range for this position is $70K - $85K. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
