Summary:

The Brand Creative - Studio Photographer/Videographer is a member of the Brand Creative Team for Bell, Blackburn, Co-pilot, Fox, Giro, Krash and Raskullz. Team in Irvine, CA. As the Brand Creative - Studio Photographer/Videographer, you will lead all product photography and in house studio content.

Responsibilities:

• Execute product and lifestyle photo & Video needs from start to finish.
• Ensure a high level of technical quality and aesthetics for all photography created and distributed by the studio and make recommendations on production/retouching best practices that will visually enhance final assets.
• Partner with art directors, marketing teams and designers to ensure clear directive and desired outcome based on business goals.
• Take command of in-studio lighting, equipment and set conditions.
• Working with outsourced retouchers and assisting with retouching and editing as needed
• Contribute to project kick-off meetings with your technical insight, including test shoots for approval.
• Maintain an organized asset library, as well as an organized studio space.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years of professional photography experience (specifically for products); Ecommerce experience a plus
• Expert working knowledge of strobe lighting and photography equipment.
• Proven ability to color correct and composite images.
• Aptitude in design, layout and composition as it applies to photography.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem solving, organization, and communication skills.
• Proficient knowledge and experience in Adobe Suite, Capture One, Microsoft office, and project management software.
