Job Title – Virtual Call Center Representative

Location- Austin, TX-78753

Job Type - Fulltime

We are looking for a Call Centre Representative to handle calls from customers and provide support to them in any way possible. You will be required to work in a time-bound environment and ensure that customer service is provided to its best quality. You are responsible for meeting personal and team targets as well as our customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

· Handle many inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients.

· Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.

· Upsell other products wherever possible.

· Ensure you follow the customer service script provided by the company for uniformity.

· Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyse the data

· Works with other departments to complete customer requests as needed and minimize escalations.

· Functions w/in a team-based environment, and actively participates in achieving team goals.

· Meets/exceeds performance metrics as determined by department.

Qualifications:

· High School diploma or equivalent.

· Prior experience with customer service and call centers in relevant job roles.

· Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism.

· Fundamental computer knowledge and manoeuvrability within window applications.

· Basic understanding of Microsoft office suite, specifically Word and Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Austin, TX 78753: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
