Essentra is immediately hiring for a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Houston, TX. In your role as a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that product is picked for customer orders per company policy as well as doing audits on others associates picks. This role requires flexibility between several departments dictated by the quantity of internal/external shipments driven by daily requirements of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain efficiency and reliability of receiving and warehouse operations using RF guns.
• Pick customer orders accurately
• Housekeeping, including aisle sanitation, sweeping, 5S, etc.
• Other duties as required by warehouse management team

Who we are looking for:

• Experience with reach truck, sit down fork lift, and order pickers required.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid, current driver’s license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Houston, TX 77064: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
